Regarding the Lord’s advice to rend the veil, you talk about learning to be still. https://purerevelations.wordpress.com/2017/03/07/the-lords-advice-to-rend-the-veil/ Do you think that meditation exercises (like Mindfulness) would be helpful to learn to still your mind in relation to rending the veil?
Meditation seems to help many people calm their minds, but some forms of meditation are more about relaxing and allowing the mind to wander where it will. Prayer is more than meditation, it is a focused effort to come eye to eye with God. I do this by following the steps set forth in the first book. I think meditation can help to a point, but then we have to push our minds as far as possible to connect with Heaven.
When I begin my holy time with the Lord I close my closet door and make myself comfortable with as few distractions as possible. I begin by stating in prayer my intentions with the Lord. I ask for forgiveness and wait for an answer. I ask the Lord to help me be clean and begin to visualize myself filled with light. I spend a good deal of time with this. If my mind is cluttered with thoughts I check to see if the adversary is around. If not, I continue to focus my mind. I then spend some time expressing my deepest gratitudes to the Lord, praising Him and describing in detail what He has done for me and everyone. This begins to transition into praying in tongues and then I ask, “Lord, may I come to you?” I usually hear a voice respond, “Come forth!”

I have always felt that my prayers are more powerful when I take a few minutes before hand to quiet my mind and really consider why I want to approach the Lord. When I do this it turns into a form of worship and communication rather than just a shopping list of needs interspersed with a few comments of gratitude that I forget as soon as I get up.

Do you take the sacrament at the very beginning, even before asking the Lord if you are clean? When you ask for forgiveness, is this done AS you take the bread and water? Or do you take the bread and water and then say this prayer? Do you say it after the bread and before the water? (Just trying to understand the order in which this should go to properly cleanse myself before the Lord!)
If you found your mind cluttered with thoughts and you cast out the adversary or you had to pause and pray for a shield, do you need to re-take the sacrament or just proceed from where you left off, re-focusing your mind?
I need to write down my questions for prayer and I’m so grateful you shared in your book that you do the same! How do you keep the adversary from seeing your questions and notes and using them against you? Or using the answers that you jot down against you?

Those are good questions, S.S. I always take the Sacrament before I attempt to go to the Lord. Of course, I pray anytime throughout the day, but when I need to go to Him I always take the emblems and do the prayer first before anything. I can usually tell at that point if the Adversary is trying to get to me. The most telling thing is that I will have a barrage of thoughts randomly coming to my mind. If they are unholy thoughts I know immediately, because I don’t get those too often. If this occurs I will immediately ask, “What should I do, Lord?” Usually I am instructed to extend my light and announce that they can leave now or be taken away by the angels. If any remain they come and remove them. At that point I rarely have any problems. This probably only occurs about 20% of the time for me. Once I start into what I listed in my post it is a straight shoot to the Lord. The only time I struggle in the process is if I need to repent of something. (example: argument with my wife.) Or, if I had too big of a dinner. I’m not perfect, but the Lord is merciful. The more time I prepare to come to Him the clearer the experience and more I receive. I never take it for granted. I’m always afraid I’m going to screw up and fall flat, but I have not once since Jan. 2016 been kept away from Him when seeking Him.
As far as the shield, when I bathe in the light that in itself acts as a shield. I never worry about the Adversary reading anything I write. It doesn’t matter. At this point in my life I am an open book to him. He knows who I am.

Ive noticed at times some of my most powerful prayers of praise happen as I see myself praying in the spirit. Do you usually pray vocally when praising Him?

How do you verify the adversary is not around anymore? Even where you are at this point, do you still fear of being deceived?

Your sins seem small compared to most people, what kind of repentance would you suggest for those who need to repent of things like addictions before coming to the Lord?

There are different ways to look at repentance. If you need to overcome destructive behavior sometimes there are deep seeded issues, addictions, psychological hurdles, etc. Sometimes counciling is helpful. True repentance is turning one’s heart over to the Lord. Fasting is one of the best ways. Not your typical food fast, but giving up Babylon and all your physical, entertainment, and work cravings until you feel connected. Then, a regiment of regular time dedicated to the Lord to make yourself holy can often maintain this. That is my advice.

I sense when I am being lazy that I need to be careful. That’s when I seriously examine what is happening around me. We can all be deceived. I just check a lot with the Lord and look for the clues. If I sense flattery, self serving thoughts, fear, doubt, or negativity it is usually them. If I feel confusion, disorder, jealousy, or sarcasm I know the adversary is near. Even “familiar spirits,” which are what try and trip me up usually, always do something to reveal themselves. If they are really doing well at their deception the Lord helps me out. Servants of the Lord have angels administering to them frequently; that helps.

Addictions are tough. Some may require serious clinical help. But, I know many can be overcome through the Lord. In these cases there are no half-baked efforts. Only complete submission will work. Its also important to remember that you are loved and the Lord desires your heart the most. He forgives the sins readily. As far as having Second Comforter experiences, anything is possible. Alma the younger went from a vile sinner to a powerful change in just a few days.

On that note are there sins the Lord forgives quicker than others? Or is it just a matter of how quickly we turn our hearts to Him? I ask because in the church if we go to the bishop to repent we need to wait 3 or 6 months for one sin and may get kicked out for another. How does the Lord measure degrees of sin?

Can you explain “familiar spirits?” I’ve seen the term used a few times, and I have an idea of what it might mean, but I’m still unclear as I don’t think I have read a precise or detailed explanation of what they constitute.

The Lord does what is best for us. He always forgives. Sometimes the hard part is the change of heart within us and forgiving ourselves. His forgiveness is immediate. Your sins may be as scarlet, yet they may become as white as snow.

Familiar spirits are the kind who know us intimately, using familiar language we respond to. They appeal to our senses and try to mimic the Lord with the intention of deceit, to take us down a path of confusion. These are the kind that mostly torment the Lord’s servants. Discerment is the key to overcoming these evil spirits.

I saw on one of your posts you identified that we are at the end of the sixth seal and the dispensation of Joseph is coming to an end. When will the next dispensation begin and who will be at the head of it?

Is the end-time Servant spoken of in Isaiah the same as the dispensation head of the seventh seal or is it two different people? Do you have any knowledge whether the end-time servant is currently an adult, a young adult, still a child/teen and not yet of age, etc? I had assumed he would probably be around middle-age but I’m learning it’s better to ask questions than just to assume!
Do you know what the end-time servant’s ministry will look like when it begins? For example, will he come from the LDS church or will he rise from another Christian sect? Will he be a blogger or YouTube kind of person at first or will he preach in person traveling from place to place?
Will the US be in a time of turmoil when he begins his ministering or does he start preaching when the US is fairly “normal” like it is now (despite constant rumors of war)?

The end time Davidic Servant, which I think you are referring to, is different that the dispensation head which will be the Elias to come forth. The Davidic Servant is not public yet and will become a figure of interest in Jerusalem when the world begins to witness upheaval. I cannot say more about him. He is not LDS.

It will be revealed by revelation to those who are to attend. The new book “A Witness of the Temporal Dispensations,” which is soon to be released, will discuss more about the event. Everything is soon.

Oh my gosh NO! I will go public when the Lord tells me to. For now I’m trying to avoid that. The focus should be on the Lord only, coming to Him, and preparing ourselves for what is coming.

Is the end time Davidic servant the same as the one mighty and strong (D&C 85)? Or is the individual in D&C 85, already fulfilled? If NOT already fulfilled, and NOT the same person, are these the 2 witnesses of the Book of Revelation?

This is a future event. Look for a servant among the Jews, and a servant among the native American. Isaiah 11:1,10, 2 Nephi 3:5,7, Zechariah 4:11-14, 3 Nephi 21 There will be many servants in the days to come, but these two have been specifically prophesied.

So wonderful. My last question along these lines… Is there any merit in studying the beast system’s characteristics, the Antichrist, and the plan of the enemy – so that we are not of the Elect that may be deceived? Or will there be a kind of division of wheat and tares where those seeking to build up Zion are somehow separated, to a large degree, from the other happenings in the world???

The book A Witness of the Everlasting Covenant is more aligned to the details regarding the covenants. The next book talks about the seven dispensations and how and what occurred during these times that furthered the Lord’s work on earth.

Two questions:
1. Is the 144.000 a number for all 4th Estate beings living on Earth today? (or include some that are not condescended right now) – in other words, are there 144K on Earth that are in various stages of awakening now?
2. If a 4th Estate being on Earth has not awaken to a big enough degree, will they miss the Adam-ondi-Ahman conference?

The 144k are all the Lord’s anointed from before the foundation of the earth. There are more on the other side of the veil than living here in the flesh. All will attend Adam ondi Ahmen. I don’t know if there will be some not yet awakened when it occurs, but it won’t matter too much. The event, although taking place at a time and place will be in the spirit, which is not subject to our laws.

What are your thoughts on Yoga? Is it inherently bad like people think? [I don’t really know much about yoga other than it is popular amongst new age enthusiasts. It looks like good exercise. You’ll have to get your own revelation on that one. There are many things that are traditionally considered taboo to Christians. Mostly things that originate from other cultures and beliefs. For example: certain types of meditation, healings, conjuring spirits, astrology, talismans, etc. I would personally stay clear of that unless you have a close enough relationship with the Lord that you can trust the revelations He gives you. It’s easy to get deceived as we chase enlightenment from sources other than Jesus Christ. PR]
