New Footnotes to the Temporal Dispensations

I have added some additional footnotes to clarify a few passages in the new book. If you saved the former PDF you may want to replace it with this one. Here are the page numbers for the new footnotes:

Page numbers: 30, 32, 60, 80, 95, 104

Where will the first zion outpost be? How can we know the signs of a true zion settlement?

  2. There will be outpourings of the gifts of the Spirit and people living the law of consecration. I cannot speak of its location, or the others.

  3. Tim Malone says:

From Temporal Dispensations, page 30: “The mother of Adam and Eve in the flesh was named Shiffrin and her husband, Shokula. 10 The names sound strange, but that’s what I was given. 10 They were telestial beings.”

From Luke 3:38 (genealogy of Jesus) “38 Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.”

    Any comments?

  4. That is exactly correct. These two people were much like Mary and Joseph in Judea, in some respects.

  5. RB says:

Will the Second Coming be spiritual or physical?

  6. S.S. says:

Can you give a verbal description of what the law of consecration looks like when it is being lived? I feel like we get confused thinking the law of consecration is having all of our stuff taken away and we are only given back the bare minimum we need to scrape by but I can feel that the Lord intended this law to be a blessing to all and for there to be an abundance for all.

  7. I haven’t ever seen an organized system where people give to a bishop type figure who equally dispersed goods. I see people actively engaged seeking each other’s welfare. There is plenty. The focus is expanding the city to fit the needs of new arrivals. Sorry I don’t have more details.

In coming across these questions, I just read pg 30 of Temporal Dispensations, footnote 9 which is Joseph Smith’s Diary pg 136 , original in LDS Historical Dept. It dawns on me that you’ve clearly read and researched tons. The time you’ve devoted sounds like a full time job. Are you retired by now? Or is your career related to all this work you’re doing and putting out there for us? I know you said you had or have a store of some kind cuz that’s where the 3 Nephites visited you (I think). I mean I’ve been at this website about 1 year, try to read & study daily, and I STILL have about 20 months of archives to go. It’s almost like you’re partially translated and need little sleep! 😉 Humble Thanks. [I do work full time, but have taken regular time off to record things. It has been 6 years since I started writing, so it does seem like a lot. PR]
